Sign up online or in-office! You'll need:

• Complete the form (either digitally or by hand).
• Provide two forms of ID
• One must be a photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport).
• The other can be something like a utility bill, lease, or  vehicle registration.          
• Get the form notarized.
• Submit the completed form + ID copies to you for USPS compliance.
